Trish completed her 200 hour teacher training in Dec. of 2015 and the Yoga for Healthy Aging certification in Jan. of 2017. Her yoga journey began in 2012 when a personal crisis pushed her to seek help. She found healing and hope in the restorative power of yoga and now finds such fulfillment in sharing it with others.
In her life outside the studio Trish loves spending time with her family and friends and reading all kinds of books.
