Class Descriptions
“Hatha” means body-mind. Yoga brings your body and mind back into a state of health, balance and harmony. We do NOT teach extreme yoga. Each person is encouraged to start where they are and find their own pace, with the help of their instructor. Our teachers are experienced, caring professionals dedicated to making your yoga experience a positive one.
