Explore advanced asanas in specialized Posture Clinics and learn to integrate meditation into your teaching seamlessly. Embrace spiritual techniques and esoteric practices, while immersing yourself in ancient yoga texts like the Yoga Sutras, Upanishads, and Bhagavad Gita. Gain practical insights into the business of yoga, participate in a Yoga Therapy weekend, and hone your skills in developing and leading workshops. Experience Kriya Yoga, delve into Subtle Anatomy, and refine your Sanskrit. Explore Chair Yoga, Stress Management techniques, and rejuvenating practices such as Restorative and Yin Yoga. Who Can Attend?
You may apply if you have completed a 200-Hour yoga teacher training program with The Yoga Connection or another school.
If you completed training elsewhere, additional prerequisites may be required. Please reach out to the studio to set up an interview (in-person or ZOOM) to further discuss your future.

Accessibility
All classes will be live-streamed and recorded. Students may attend either or both avenues. We encourage as much live-streaming attendance as possible. The 4-day retreat will be in person. However, if you are unable to attend, key recordings will be made available. The Yoga Alliance is in honoring this type of program. In order to utilize GI Bill® Benefits, veterans are required to attend training in-person. Unfortunately, live-streaming is not an option for those using GI Bill® Benefits.
There are payment plans, discounts and work trade opportunities.
