What our Program Provides:
Our yoga teacher training program offers a holistic approach to education, guided by qualified instructors and mentors with extensive experience. Students benefit from intimate learning environments, participating in small groups of three to five with personalized mentorship. They engage in peer teaching, receiving constructive feedback from both peers and instructors, and gain practical experience by assisting skilled instructors in their classes. A comprehensive training manual and extensive teacher training website provide additional resources, ensuring a thorough understanding of alignment, sequencing, adaptation for individuals, special needs yoga, Yoga Sutras, subtle anatomy including chakras and nadis, pranayama, meditation, stress management, and effective communication skills. This program equips future instructors with the knowledge and confidence to excel in teaching yoga, fostering both personal growth and professional success.
Who Can Attend?
We teach and practice yoga for your body mind and spirit. All students interested in teaching yoga are invited to apply.
Proficiency of the postures is not a prerequisite, however, we suggest one year (approximately 50 hours) of yoga experience. We require a minimum of 10 hours at our studio prior to the first class.
