Phyllis Capp, RYT 200
200 Hour Training
Gentle, Beginning/Continuing & Flow
Phyllis began practicing yoga in the mid-80’s in Tucson. Moving to Colorado and living in Steamboat Springs and Boulder, she immersed herself in the yoga communities. Over the years her yoga practice slowed down as she was busy working in finance/real estate. After having children and watching them grow, she began practicing once again on a regular basis. During this time she realized how much she missed her yoga time on the mat and how it made her feel; calm, at peace and just an overall wonderful feeling. It was then she decided to dive back into Yoga and complete the 200 hour teacher training at The Yoga Connection with Pricilla Potter. Phyllis is grateful to be able to now share and teach yoga with others and only hopes that they too will find that spark within them to ignite a lifetime of yoga goodness. She enjoys teaching Hatha yoga with slow-flow movements connecting breath with movement.
Phyllis has a husband, two sons, two dogs, a bunny and loves the outdoors. Her hobbies include tennis, hiking, biking, traveling and socializing with friends. She also loves Italian and Tai food, desserts and a good movie.
