Miranda's personal yoga journey began eleven years ago after typical injuries from a career in dance. Drawn to the therapeutic value and ancient link of mind/body/spirit through the practice of Yoga; she completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2009 and her 300 Hour Teacher Training in 2015 with The Yoga Connection here in Tucson. She continues Yin studies which was her very first introduction to Yoga in 2008 during a holiday in San Francisco. Teaching Chair Yoga to both children and elders has been tremendously gratifying for her on and off site. She was initiated Reiki Master of the Usui Reiki lineage by her Reiki Master and teacher, Danielle Dvorak, in May 2018. Finally, she has completed canine Tellington Touch work and is currently working towards her Therapeutic Pilates certification.
