A lifelong sports enthusiast and accomplished athlete, Michelle Arriola brings her varied experiences in different modalities such as Martial Arts, Qi Gong for women and the dedication of earning her black belt to Hatha Yoga. Gifted with the ability to understand and join physical capabilities with the discipline of meditation, Michelle is uniquely qualified to demonstrate and teach Yoga with a nuance of physicality. A former business owner and Global Travel professional, provided Michelle with the opportunity to meet, work and relate to a broad range of cultures and peoples. Michelle’s lifelong experiences allow her to generate movements of peacefulness and flexibility through Yoga practice which motivated her to aspire to a practice and earn her teaching certificate. Michelle’s goal and ambition as a Yoga teacher is to humbly endorse the wealth of benefits of yoga to all people young and mature.
