200 Hour Teacher Training 

Darlene began her practice in 2019 to connect with her body and breath. Through the practice, she found expression through movement allowing acceptance and growth. This provided a foundation, allowing her to turn inward and be grounded in an often unpredictable world. She completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training at Yoga Connection with the intention of cultivating a safe space to express and move as you are. Her classes provide a strong focal point of acceptance of where you are day to day; releasing the expectation of what poses should look like so that we may discover what is beyond. Through this practice we may allow ourselves to encounter and release energy that no longer serves us.
