                        Metta Meditation: Loving-Kindness

                        “Metta” is often translated as “loving-kindness.” Metta meditation actively cultivates unconditional love towards one's self and others. This practice helps us to bring more harmony into our relationships, and release feelings of anger, resentment, and hurt. Learn several techniques to cultivate metta that you might experience, and share, greater joy and compassion for yourself and all beings!

                        Green Tara Healing Meditation

                        Green Tara Meditation is a way to open ones heart and mind in compassion with the intent of benefiting all beings.
