It’s just the beginning that can be challenging. I did these 4 short podcasts to take the mystique and the challenge out of beginning a meditation practice. You will learn the basics of beginning, benefits of the practice and a number of easy to follow techniques. This is a process; besides learning about meditation, we will practice together.
