Other Information

• Drop-ins are welcome

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early your first time

• We have mats and other props available for student use

• Most classes may be started any week

• Wear loose, comfortable clothes

• Allow 2-3 hours after a full meal

• Refrain from wearing heavy scents

• Group and private classes available
