                        _We offer a variety of yoga classes 7 days a week ranging from Gentle and Beginning/Continuing to Intermediate and specialized classes such as Chair Yoga, Back Care and Prenatal.

                        _Every month we offer workshops focusing on a variety of topics, including: yoga, meditation, subtle anatomy (chakras), yoga philosophy and more.

                        __Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to fill out the New Student Form. Click here to download the New Student Form, print it out, fill it out and bring it with you to your first class.

                        Always plan on getting to class at least 5 minutes early. This is to make sure that you and your fellow students have a relaxing experience with minimal disruptions.

                        Additional Information

                        • _ Drop-ins are always welcome
                        • Most classes may be started any week (unless otherwise indicated)
                        • Arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for class. Give yourself time to create your practice space.
                        • Wear loose, comfortable clothes
                        • Allow 2-3 hours after a full meal
                        • Try to come “scent free” as some people have breathing challenges
                        • Once you enter the studio observe  silence or speak softly.
                        • Please turn off your cell phone/pager.
                        • If you come late or need to leave early, which may happen occasionally, please do so quietly.
                        • Please take your shoes off and leave them on the shelves at the entrance of the bookstore.
                        • Keys, glasses, purses, etc may be left in the studio in the provided cubbies.
                        • Private group and individual classes are also available

                          Personalized Private Yoga Instruction is also available.

                        Check our Mid-Day Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Rise & Align Yoga classes.
                        These classes are part of our Yoga On A Budget Series and are $6 each or $40/10 classes.
