Always plan on getting to class at least 5 minutes early. This is to make sure that you and your fellow students have a relaxing experience with minimal disruptions.

Additional Information
- _ Drop-ins are always welcome
- Most classes may be started any week (unless otherwise indicated)
- Arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for class. Give yourself time to create your practice space.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothes
- Allow 2-3 hours after a full meal
- Try to come “scent free” as some people have breathing challenges
- Once you enter the studio observe silence or speak softly.
- Please turn off your cell phone/pager.
- If you come late or need to leave early, which may happen occasionally, please do so quietly.
- Please take your shoes off and leave them on the shelves at the entrance of the bookstore.
- Keys, glasses, purses, etc may be left in the studio in the provided cubbies.
