Freeing the Hips Sunday, August 3, 2-4:30pm The foundation of all standing postures is the alignment of the hips. Learn essential stretches and postures to open the hips, strengthen the back and stabilize the pelvis. The legs, arms and spine are integrated by bringing the hips into balanced alignment.
